Shipping Policy
At ALLIEN STREETWEAR, we offer free shipping on all orders over $250! For orders under $250, a flat shipping rate of $7 will apply. We ship our products using standard shipping and it usually takes 3-5 business days for your order to arrive. If you need your order to arrive sooner, we offer expedited shipping options for an additional fee. We take pride in the quality of our products and we carefully package and inspect each item before shipping. If, for any reason, you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to replace it at no additional cost to you.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from ALLIEN STREETWEAR. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 15 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, please contact us and we will provide you with a return shipping label. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. If you received the wrong item or if your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to replace it at no additional cost to you.
